Depot Lighting is a national leader in the distribution of commercial and residential lighting products. We carry General Electric, Osram Sylvania, Philips, Ushio, Advance, Universal Ballast and many other brands of lighting products, including our own label Denkyu Lighting. We carry miniatures, LED’s, sealed beams, photographic, stage & studio, incandescent , halogen, high intensity discharge, fluorescent cold cathode and many more. For the past 17 year we have worked with hotels, museums, airports, government facility's, city parks, major amusement parks, national chain restaurants and clothing stores. We supply their work environment and spotlight their merchandise with the most cost effective environmentally friendly and state and the art lighting product available.

Shipping Information

Our warehouse ships over 500 UPS boxes a week using air bubbles and popcorn to insure your products get to you in perfect condition. Once you place your order a confirmation email will be sent and then later in the day we will forward you the UPS tracking # with all the deliver details. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service the same or next day your order is placed. We stock thousands of lamps from over 30 Manufactures but, if for any reason we cannot ship immediately we will contact you with the availability date of your product.

Warranty

All Products are covered by an original manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects which may vary from week to 1 year depending upon the product and manufacturer. Ask your salesperson for information about the warranty period for any specific product. Warranty coverage excludes normal wear to tear ,or damage caused by improper installation, any modification abuse misuse improper maintenance ,and unauthorized repair or modification to the original product. Warranty does not cover those parts prone to failure under normal use.

Returns

If you happen to order the incorrect product or you needs have changed and you would like to return your purchase call (888)763-6518M-F 8am-5pm PST. Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service the same or next day your order is placed. Defective Product

If you package is damaged in transit please note the damage with UPS and contacts us as soon as possible so we can arrange for replacements and file the claim with UPS. We use 250lb corrugated boxes and protect the light bulbs with Air bags and popcorn so damaged is very rare with us.

Net 30 Day Terms

Yes we offer terms. If you are a school, city, state, government agency or any other type of institutional account we can often open your account the same day. Please give us a call if you would like to open an account.

Minimum order

We have a low minimum order of $100. If your order is below $100 there is a small service charge to help defer the cost of the packing material.

Personal identifying information and credit card numbers you submit while using our online shopping cart is used solely for the purpose of servicing and fulfilling your order. We do not compile and store this information, trade, sell or otherwise disseminate this information to any third party.
